In this blog, SHC brings you in the 1st segment my family's secret recipe for generations in most of the 'SHC Recipes'. Recipes featured are the 'SHC Cake Recipes', 'SHC Cupcake & Muffin Recipes', 'SHC Traditional Kuih (Local savouries) Recipes', 'SHC And more Recipes' and 'SHC Special Edition Recipes'.
All these recipes were collected and originally invented by 4 generations in my family, starting from my Great-grandmother (she was born & bred in Peru and then moved to China), my late Granny Aishah, my late mother and at present, ME!
The second segment is 'SHC Baking Tutorials/Tips. ' Mainly about the BEST baking knowledge, skills and techniques that were passed on to me from the past 3 generations and what I have learned for the past 5 years from my mentors/senior bakers. Everything and anything there is you need to know about baking a great quality homebaked mainly on the BEST desserts guidance, advice and tips.

Apart from SHC Recipes, I will also keep all of you updated on some of the Baking Tutorials, Guides, & Tips on my SHC BAKING TUTORIALS/TIPS blog page on a weekly rotation. Most of the topics covered here are mainly about baking knowledge that I've gained for the past 7 years, and some are from my own reading in baking books or on the internet.
